Refund & Returns Policy

At House of Bharat, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • — In the same condition as received
  • — Unused and unworn
  • — In original packaging with tags attached
  • — Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Note: Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at houseofbharatglobal@gmail.com with your full name and order number, along with photos clearly showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item). Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). We may provide a return shipping label in eligible cases. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • — Personalized or custom-made products
  • — Items marked as final sale
  • — Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • — Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • — Hazardous or flammable materials

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please email houseofbharatglobal@gmail.com.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. International Orders

As we ship internationally from India, shipping times and return shipping costs may vary. Customers are responsible for compliance with their local customs and import regulations.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to returns and refunds will be governed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
